My only complaint is the lack or working air condition however after a couple of weeks I managed to get moved to a room with a working air co..."ndition. There are two restaurants one downstairs which also provides room service at 10% (however generally you don’t get change when you pay so this may work out slightly higher I just right that off as a tip. The food is good however the restaurant doesn’t stay open very late. There is also a restaurant on the top floor which although a little more expensive (not a lot) stays open longer and has a good bar. The Rostov area seems nice from what I have seen and there are several restaurants in the local area although not all speak English which can make for an interesting meal. " More >
