The beds are lovely and big, and very comfy but the top cover only covered about 3/4 of the bed so if you wanted to be under the cover (which we did as evenings were cool) you had to both sleep squished up in the middle, also only 1 pillow each (which were a little lumpy). After a couple of requests to reception we did eventually get an additional cover and extra pillows. They did seem to be playing catch up a bit around the grounds and there was some minor work going on, but not enough to even pay attention to. As the hotel mainly caters for Turkish guest, the average level of English that staff speak is not high, but they were extremely helpful. We found that if we had a more complicated request (e.g. salt-free food for especially prepared for our baby daughter), if we spoke to the manager of guest relations whose English is excellent, she made sure that our request was implemented. In terms of the facilities, you can get almost everwhere with the buggy. Our older daughter loved the Kid's Club (called Rixy Club). The staff was very kind.
