The staff are good; but staff lacks - my check-in took more than 20 minutes because ..."there was a long line and just one person at the reception - and it was noon. In the room, there was no duvet in the bed, just a sheet. I called the reception and I asked for a duvet. The gentleman told me somebody would bring me one. I was given a blanket - not a duvet. I sneeze a lot with blankets, so I had to let the OLD and NOISY air conditioner turned on during the night to warm the room, because I just had the bed sheet. It worked, but I prefer a duvet instead of a warm air, that is more healthy. We arrived early the first day after a long flight from the U.S. and they let us check in early rather than just store our luggage. After a trip to Iguas..."su Falls we returned again early in the morning and they invited us to eat a free breakfast and let us check in early again. The included breakfasts were very tasty and had a great variety. The rooms for the four of us were excellent with internet service and comfortable beds. We felt as if we were royalty.
