It's like being in a gigantic aquarium with all sorts of exotic tropical fish swimming around. We did this for all 3days of our stay. This hotel is also very well managed. We were impressed to see the management personally greet the local staff as they came off the boat for their morning shift. We have been to some wonderful places and resorts around the world but The Taha'a Resort trumps them all! The villas are huge and amazingly furnished. We were unsure what interior we would prefer between The Taha'a Resort and Bora Bora Resorts but having been to The Taha'a Resort, we wish we could have their interior designer come to our house- it is amazing and the pictures online really don't do it justice!   "Just returned from amazing honeymoon! Stayed here as well as St Regis Bora Bora, 1 week in each. We prefered this place to the St Regis. The bungalows were spread out, not on top of each other. There was plenty of privacy, we stayed in #41 on sunset side & had amazing views of sunset and views o..."ut to open water, one of the most private bungalows if that's what you're looking for then try for that one. There were tons of fish everywhere and the snorkel gear was in your room for you and plenty of fish to see everyday. We saw stingrays, blow fish and all sorts of other fish. The hotel encourages you to feed the fish unlike other resorts. When it was dark, if you turned the overwater lights on then the fish came because they knew it was dinner time. Also not all the resorts you can feed through the glass panel in your room like here.
