  "We were here from April 28th-May 4th. This was our third time visiting French Polynesia and first time to Tikehau and the Pearl. We look forward to returning to this beautiful atoll and this resort in the near future. The last review of this resort indicated that the dining staff were unfriendly. O..."ur experience was the exact opposite. I found them and the entire resort staff to be extremely friendly, inviting, engaging and warm in character. Perhaps my opinion differs from the last reviewers because I am perfectly capable of getting my own cup of coffee or hot coco if and when I want it. If I had grown children I would expect the same from them. It’s not like carafes are hidden in the back, they are in the breakfast buffet area easily assessable by anyone. We found the food to be very good and reasonably priced considering the remote location. We were there for six nights and were able to choose a different entre each evening.
