After reading a couple of worrying reviews on Tripadvisor I have decided to confirm my reservation with the hotel a couple of days before arrival. I have experienced no hassles at all. Checking in and out went smooth and staff were professional and helpful at all times. The business room I have stayed in met my expectations offering a large, comfortable bed with good quality linen, a television with a good choice of channels, safe, robe and slippers.   "It's a quite spatious hotel (rooms and lobby), with a quite diverse breackfast and plenty of staff around to help you out. Very nice details around, but too much marble and stones if you're more into modern-design hotels. Just be carefull because the hotel does not include unlimited wi-fi internet,..." and it did not work properly in my bedroom. The rooms we were given (there were 5 of us in different rooms) were all decent in size with a sitting area and a big bathroom. Location is amazing for Sandton meetings, but we also find it quite easy to get to Pretoria or central Joburg from here... with a driver. The hotel has direct access to a big shopping mall, but most shops close by 6 pm, only a few closing at 7 pm. Didn't check the restaurants' closing times. Staff ultra polite and helpful. " More >

  "Hotel picked me up from airport and arranged for driver/guide while there. staff and management welcoming and accommodating. Felt very safe there (unfortunately a concern in J'burg especially for woman alone) including having shopping area adjacent to hotel. Room stylish and nicely appointed."
