It is all very tranquill. The grounds are well kept and a delight to look at, birds and butterflys everywhere. The swimming pool is a decent size and even my cold intolerant husband had a swim. Breakfast was the normal standard for South Africa, excellent and more than enough to eat. Hazyview is a couple of minutes drive away and provides plenty of alternatives for dining. The more popular eateries do need booking. The B&B owners/staff are more than happy to oblige, they booked several activities for us.We found them welcoming, friendly and happy to go out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable.   "I stayed there after flight in from nelspruit got in too late to get to rest camp in kruger. stay was good staff was freindly and price was good. was kind of hard to find in the dark went by it without seeing the sign. the place is gated and secure has its own security 24hr would stay there again"

Phil kindly recommended some very nice restaurants nearby that offered a variety in terms Steak, Fish and Italian, which are situated a couple of kilometres away. A great location if you want to visit local areas like the Kruger National Park, Blyde River Canyon, Pilgrims Rest, Elephant Whispers and the cultural village.
