  "Sadly my family and I only stayed at Estancia Santa Maria for some 24 hours. It is a beautiful and very well run estancia. The house is really beautifully decorated and appointed. So wonderfully authentic, familiar and warm. The house staff are caring, courteous and helpful. The food, from brea..."kfast to dinner was great. The evening asado at the quincho was delicious, picturesque and superbly prepared. The stables, saddles, bridles and equipment are in fantastic condition. The major duomo and gauchos were friendly and quick to include my family in the work around the estancia, rounding up the cattle, working the manga, etc. My children were thrilled as was I. Really enjoyed the whole stay, brief though it was. Will make a point of trying to return and this time staying for more time. " More >
