The rooms are spacious and clean and it comes with a large common room with kitchen and indoor BBC (and climbing wall slightly oddly!). What really sets this hostel apart is the owner Gaston. On the last night he cooked up a great parrilla on the big bbq, which was a wonderful send off from Puerto Madryn. PS if you come to PM you have to go to Gaiman to have Welsh tea.   "The Best Hostel we ever stayed in"
  "Granted we usually rent apartments being non-meat eaters and non junk food eaters. In Puerto Madryn, there were no apartment to be rented for one night and hence this hostel. We arrived at Puertoi Madryn after a not so comfortable Cama Ejecutivo 18 hours bus ride from Buenos Aires. The hostel was a ..."few steps down from the bus terminal. Vincent, the French owner knew our arrival time and he welcomed us with a beautiful smile, carried our luggage upstairs where our private room with bathroom was. It was clean, warm, spacious, and comfortable. The main house is cozy and the kitchen is well equipped. Everything was CLEAN and NEAT. He had coffee and breakfast ready for us in a few minutes. Our room upstairs was accessed by a very nice cast iron staircase, NOT a ladder as some reviewer wrote about. It was a calm season but in busy time I would think that this situation of being a bit far away from the crowd would be very nice for people who want some quiet and private time. Next day we went ...   "I had really great time in this hostel, it's really good located, just one block from the beach and close to city centre and to many shops to buy food as well. The rooms are nice, the beds very comfortable and when the works in the toilettes will be over it's gonna be even better.
