PLUSSES: Lots of room options sizewise which wa..."s nice cause our number fluctuated up until our date. The 2 bed ste. was large enough for all of us to hang out in till bedtime. Full kitchen. Daily maid service. Super convenient location. Very quiet. Better than average Homewood hot breakfast (which i've found to be pretty decent at all Homewoods i've stayed in) and was a money saver since i was "Hosting" a bunch of family. No VRBO deposit or cancellation worries. Couldn't have been a better choice. In Fact, had we rented a house with no maid service for that week? it probably would have been a nightmare.   "At first I was thought the place might be a little sketchy, I mean $55.00 for a night? I arrived late and the owner checked me in; he was certainly not what I would call friendly but he was not rude either. I booked through Priceline and wasn't sure if this was the place I should have stayed. Wh..."en I got to my room I was surprised at how nice it was. I could tell it had recently been remodeled and that the owners had made an effort to make the place look nice. I woke up a little later than I had intended, but I was able to still get the complementary breakfast which was simple but for sure saved me from spending 5-10 dollars eating out somewhere else. Before checking out I had a brief visit with the owner's wife and she was incredibly kind. I've returned to Fayetteville a few times since my first visit and stayed at Regency 7 everytime.
