  "We spent two nights at Ragleth House in mid May. We were Tracey and Steves third customers after their two year+ house renovation project. The large suite at the back of the house was exceptionally well finished. A large bed, a sofa and and an easy chair to relax in, a TV and an iPod dock... if you ..."have time to use it. The ensuite bathroom had a large walk in shower and a free standing bath tub, very nice. The two bedroom windows looked out over the garden and the hills beyond. Additionally silence was thrown in with no extra charge. The excellent breakfast set us up well for the day of walking ahead. A number of pubs and restaurants were within 5 minutes walking distance. Overall an excellent two night stay at Ragleth House in Church Stretton. " More >

  "We were staying just down the road and the Bucks Head was a few minutes walk. Unlike a lot of pubs these days the food was "home" cooked with a good choice of usual pub food with a few excellent specials. Freshly cooked vegetables were included in the price of each dish... I think? Not sure if the s..."weets were home made but what we had was excellent and certainly looked and tasted like it had been made in the kitchen locally. All staff were very friendly and efficient. Just what we wanted after a days walking the countryside. We will certainly go again if we are in the area in future. " More >
