Would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Penang / Kedah as it is safe, clean, and nice and with an excellent service. But, a small minus point with restaurant staff, might be able to learn how to smile and welcoming guest at same level but not by the origin.   "Arriving late was not a problem as well as late checkout. When needing a power adapter they delivered one to our room in less than 10 minutes. Room was newly renovated with nice bathroom and flat screen tv on the wall. Wifi was included and we got logins for all of our devices.   "Just stayed for a day before travelling to the Penang Island. The Hotel is located around 2.5 kms away from the Butterworth Ferry / Bus / Train Station. Staff were freindly and Nice. Rooms are in medium size and it is fine for staying for a day or two."
