  "We stayed there last night on a gift certificate. Checked in and quickly got our room. We asked for a high room away from the casino and got it. Great! I'm not a fan of smoke and knew being in the hotel would be difficult because of it. The room was large, newly decorated in browns and cremes and r..."eally nice. Large flat screen TV on the wall, a LOT of storage, refrigerator and safe. Parking was funky (in the back of the hotel and no back entrance) with a few spots in the front. Hope you get lucky! The bed was the perfect blend of not too hard and not too soft. The tub was huge and my bubble bath was awesome! We ordered room service and I was shocked. The prices they had in the room service menu and what we were charged were two different things. When I told the clerk at check out, she just said 'they need to update them'. When I told the young man who delivered our food, he said 'man, they need to change it. I hope they do it by next month or I'm leaving'. Wow. No fixing our check. ... " More >
