  "We found this charming B&B on line about 8 years ago. I am from the southern CT coastline and now live in MD with my family. We often travel to visit extended family and we can not pass up the "New Haven style" pizza when we visit. If you are from anywhere around New Haven you know what I mean. If ..."not and don't understand then it is time for a visit to Wooster St. in New Haven. We prefer Frank Pepe's Pizzeria but there are several places to choose from on the "famous" Street. Now back to the review. We will not stay elsewhere after finding this gem. I can echo the thoughts of all the great review given for this place. Sam and Diane are the best hosts you can find in the B&B business. Their children are very respectful and help whenever possible seeing they are teenagers now. The farm is a fun place to navigate even for the adults. The animals add charm. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained. On a recent trip we elected to stay there becuse it was far more convenient than another hotel in Branford, and were well-reward..."ed for our time. It was comfortable, quiet, CLEAN, and with attentive but not intrusive staff. Breakfast (included) was fine. Our four night stay was convenient, comfortable, and restful. Hotel construction appeared to be wood-frame (not masonry) so sounds from other rooms were occasionally heard - we do not consider this a problem, but you should know what to expect. " More >
