I wished that we had the opportunity to avail ourselves of the many spa options but we had concert tickets to Mohegan Sun (a mere five minute ride away ).   "I'm visiting my husband who is here for an extended stay for work. So this review has a little for both. Pros: the rooms and hallways are clean and smell clean. The pool, spa, and exercise areas are clean. While there is the usual chlorine smell, it is not overpowering. The staff are friendly and ..."knowledgeable. Cons: There are NO rooms with even the minimum kitchen. All rooms have a microwave and mini-fridge but no food prep area or sink big enough to wash dishes. Since this area has a very busy military base and many customers for long-term stays, I think there should be efficiency kitchens in the suite rooms, at least. There's no TV Guide Programming channel. The maid service is spotty, sometimes they don't leave more coffee, or empty the garbage. (This may only be a problem for "long-term" residents - but it's a problem.) " More >

  "Everyone at the Spa at Norwich was so friendly. Everything that you have wanted would be yours. The stay was enjoyable and will be going back. I would say to anyone go, you will not reget it. The room was clean and the bed was so soft and felt soooooo good. Staff was so friendly and helpful. S..."pa was really nice and had everythig that you culd want. Were talking to staff at the spa and said that I like the plans at the inn, they toldme palces to go for plans and even gave me map pn how to get there. Food was very good. But a little expensive but you want good food and served at it best. " More >
