  "This rental was even better than advertised. I vacationed with my wife and son and we all agree this place is awesome. A truly beautiful house with everything you need and want. We also enjoyed watching beautiful fish from the pier and also snorkeling to watch them even closer. We saw French and Queen Angel fish as well as Baby Tarpon, Parrot and Sergeant Major fish. A real treat. And even though you feel like you are in you're own peaceful retreat, you are a close ride to restaurants, activities and natural trials (the Key Deer are terrific). Barbara - who handles the rental details - is really nice and incredibly accommodating. You feel really wanted and you know they care. I highly recommend this house and Barbara. Do not be fooled by previous reviews that suggest the place is like refugee camp! This couldn't be more incorrect! And yes, sea grass has unpleasant smell, but you..." cannot get around this in the keys! Previous reviewer who states park not near anything: well, you really come to keys to enjoy the water, the wildlife, etc. This isn't Myrtle Beach, people! If you enjoy nature, wildlife, birdwatching,fishing, snorkeling, and solitude, there is no better location than Big Pine Key! We took our kayaks, found a beautiful mangrove island on east side of island. You are also just next door to Bajia Honda, which has one of most beautiful beaches in my opinion on all of east coast! Back to park, poolside lovely. We had gulfside waterfront site, was definitely worth the money. Bathhouses clean, albeit shower stalls on small side, that did not deter from our wonder... " More >
