  "My family just returned from a 5 night stay at Hawks Cay. We were fortunate to get in on the "buy 4 nights, get 5th night free" deal. Let me start by saying we had great time and look forward to a return trip, but there are some negatives with this resort....so I will include the pros and cons in m..."y review. Pros- beautiful location and setting, loved being able to watch the dolphins, lagoon was nice and uncrowded while we were there (May 11-16), loved watching the boats come in with their fish! Very convenient to charge EVERYTHING including our boat charter, dolphin swim, as well as all food and beverages to the room.... helped us keep up with the exact cost of our trip. We rented a 2 bedroom single level marina area.(my favorite spot and where we will stay next time). The unit was pretty with a great view but could have been a little cleaner.   "We had a fantastic time at Hawk's Cay resort. We loved our room, so peaceful, clean, spacious with amazing bathroom and balcony. In fact the only thing not perfect about the room was the dodgy wifi reception I got there. It was fine everywhere else in the resort though. Hawks Cay has loads to off..."er for people of all ages. We are a couple so steered clear of the kids pools to use the adults only area which was great for relaxing and having a (very expensive) cocktail in the sun. We also went on their snorkel tour which was a good afternoon out on the water and made use of their golf putting greens in the shade when we wanted to get out of the sun! We would certainly have done the dolphin experience had it not been so expensive. I know the money goes towards the upkeep of the dolphins but we have done a very similar experience in Australia for much cheaper so didn't think it was worth it.
