  "It would have been 5 stars but the mattresses badly need to be replaced. It could have been just the one in our room, but rarely are these things isolated to one room. They were not comfortable. That being said, the staff was excellent, the continental breakfast is good and the place was clean and ..."otherwise comfortable. It is also walking distance to a couple of restaurants including the Ruby Tuesday's. Best of all the price was great! Our favorite hotel in the area is the Hampton Inn in Dade City (the best mattresses anywhere), but paying $125 a night for a hotel in Dade City/Zephyrhills is not reasonable. The microtel was almost half that. I will also quote what another reviewer said, because it fits our experience exactly: "Upon arrival we were asked if it was ok to be upgraded to a suite at no charge.Suite rooms are very large and clean and amenities included queen bed, fold-out sofa bed, microwave, small fridge, sink, coffee maker and free wifi. Due to a mixup in room communication we were separated from the other party and the staff went so far out of their way to accommodate a solution. We were both upgraded and given a free night. They were unbeli..."evably kind and I think the manager was the one that handled it. The cleaning staff was so polite and personable too. It was the cleanest motel I have ever stayed at.....
