We ate at the Oregon Trail Cafe which is within easy walking distance. Our motel room was traditional, but spacious, with two Queen beds, updated bathroom, wifi, fridge, etc. All this for $45! There's even a Renoir on the wall. Hanson's are well known locally for their all day breakfasts and we now know why! Lovers of Americana will appreciate the decor which appears to be genuine 1940s.   "Nice grassy, roomy spots - not all level. Easy to find from the highway. Clean washrooms and friendly helpful owners. And although the train tracks were close there was no crossing or excessive train traffic. Our WiFi worked well and we enjoyed this stop and would stay again."
