  "I've stayed at this Doubletree a number of times - primarily because it is close to my office and for the fitness center. The health club that is in the building attached to the hotel is fabulous. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room service - eh - average. But I have never had a terrib..."le meal. There is shuttle service to the Metra train if you are heading into Chicago. The closest station is Belmont and it's about a 10 minute trip to the station from the hotel. The trip into the City varies, but it's about 30 minutes (45 if off rush hour). The layout of the rooms is nice with a 'living room' area in front with a microwave and frig (check the temp in the frig though - mine was turned up so high it froze my leftover salad!) as well as flatscreen TV on the wall and seating. A door that can be closed separates the two areas. Even though the rooms open up onto a large atrium-like space, they are surprisingly quiet.   "Good room, but loud, and breakfast not the best."
  "Nice room, and great space with a pull out couch, you can sleep 6. However, it was a little loud, especially with the inner court and all the people running around. Also, breakfast is overpriced. It really should have been free. If you are going to charge it should be of Garden Inn quality."

  "Quiet comfortable rooms, seperate sleeping area, very relaxing. Checking in and checking out was, fast, easy, and accurate. On the concierge level there is a very acceptable continental type breakfast provided. But, probably more economical to stay on other floors and pay for your breakfast."
