It put the entire staff it a predicament because it they had to Deal with unhappy customers who arrive to find they didn't have a place. There are two conventions in town and the city is sold out.   "The location of this hotel was handy. Close to the airport with a free shuttle to/from the airport. Even with being so close to the airport, we never heard plane noise while in our room. It's a very busy road, not much lighting and not populated (wooded area and some business offices). There is a McDonald's right at the corner and a 7-11 around the corner for convenience items. We went to a very tasty Brewery (Ram's ?) around the corner. The work out room was nice. Handful of treadmills, ellipticals, 2 bikes, free weights and more. They also provide towels and headphones for those of us that forgot them at home ;) The pool area was nice. I had spotted this hotel off the highway on past visits and I thought that i would give it a try. I checked into the hotel before noon and I was not surprised that my room was not available. T..."he hotel appeared quite busy. The girl at the Front Desk was very friendly and inviting. She informed me that my room would likely be available shortly. I was then invited to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. I must say that it definitely hit the spot after driving four hours. The coffee was fresh and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The room was very clean and modern and the flat screen tv was a very nice addition to the room. I was in town to visit some friends and I always stay out by the airport.
