If Hampton wants to maintain their image of a better than average mid priced hotel, they really need to get a check on the appearance of the desk clerks; I find it discouraging to see barely out of high school or young college students dressed down and casual; it gives me a very poor impression of what is otherwise a good hotel.   "Typical Hampton but very clean and quiet. The two most important things. The rest I can handle. All the staff were very helpfull and polite. Only negative I can think of is the hot food for breakfast. That wasn't typical however, I don't eat that stuff anyway, but my Husband tries to eat it som..."etimes, and even he wouldn't eat this stuff. Our last day was the worst. Sausage gravy and seasoned fries. But I did see some people eating it. I would stay here again so the food isn't an issue with me. The location is a plus.
