The lobby area was clean, modern and inviting with several comfortable seating areas. I asked the front desk staff if it would be safe to go for a run in the morning. The gentleman assured me that it was a safe area, and gave me directions to a running trail nearby. I did go for a morning run while I was there, and despite the killer hills it was a nice area! The room was fantastic! It was clean, comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated. I loved the vintage Holiday Inn art on the walls. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. My room was clean I had no problems. The walls seem to be soundproofed well as the h..."otel was full and I never heard much noise from my neighbors or the floor above me. The breakfast was very good and the free soda in the afternoon was nice and saved me a few dollars from the vending machines. The 5:30 dinner was not great quality with chicken tenders and mac and cheese one night with hot dogs, baked potatoes (with nothing to put on them) and then many snack items such as nachos and chips. They also had salad. The second night they had pasta and meat balls which I did not eat but they looked and smelled awful but I can't say for sure. Overall the hotel was great but unless you just want a light snack I would suggest planning to go our for dinner. I will stay here again. " More >
