The hotels in Easton were either too pricey or poorly reviewed so this became our Plan B, and it worked out very nicely. Hotel lobby was clean, front desk staff was nice and helpful, ..."room was clean and quiet, breakfast was pretty good for the usual Continental fare. And the price was right, especially with the AAA discount included. When we left the next day, it took only an hour to get to Ocean City.   "Sure, this is basically an average Best Western, built in standard BW design, and it's admittedly the only hotel/motel in town, but they should be given credit where due. The property is clean and quiet, and the public areas are attractive and clean. Hallway carpets were noticeably worn, but for m..."ost hotels, that just means the place is more than a year old and gets customers. Front desk service was fast and friendly and In was registered in no time. The room was clean, well, maintained, secure, and reasonably quiet as long as the upstairs neighbors are considerate. All furniture and amenities were clean, functional and well-maintained. My one complaint was due to the cups. I like to brew my own tea, and there were only plastic cups and sort of foam/paper cups. Despite the assurances of the front desk that at least one of the cups was microwavable, I really didn't want to take a chance.
