If you travel alot you'll appreciate this place. In most places there is always something that's broken or not working right (tub won't drain, closet door won't shut, ice maker on your floor not working, the list goes on) well everything in this place works. I had stopped going because it was nothing special & much higher than many of the surrounding options. And the building was getting worked on alot then too. I am so glad I tried the Holiday Inn Exp..."ress Again. The lobby is nice, clean and the staff was friendly without being overbearing. Professional. Quick and accurate check-In. The room was on the 3rd Floor - the elevator is convenient, but after a 600 mile day, I preferred the stairs. Large, clean, fresh and well furnished room. The bed was nice and comfy, with both soft & firm pillows supplied. Good CFL lamps in the lighting. TV is big with remote & plenty of channels. Clear reception / connection. WiFi connection & speed is excellent - I was at the end of the hall where the connection is usually weak. Bath is as good at the room. Enough soap, shampoo and conditioner samples for a few people.
