I'm not sure what the comments about slow check-ins are referring to, but we had a speedy check-in, and Rachel was very accommodating about getting us a great room. Also, we got there right after a heat wave and the AC was a little weak...they adjusted it immediately and it worked great! #2 Our graduation party event was a success mostly due to the help of the front desk and housekeeping staff.
