Very friendly staff, wonderful and clean rooms. neat western/ rustic chandeliers in each room, very comfortable beds and restaurant on property that is reasonable and great food, i have stayeda lot in hotels and would rate this hotel the best..." ive stayed at all year, its a great quiet hotel w a pool and play ground next door for kids. the only thing is u must pay with credit card no cash accepted which is a drawback for some but they do that to assure no damage happens to rooms they say but its a definate place to stay for good night sleep and great breakfast " More >

There's a little shop in the lobby where you can pick up something to cook in your room (microwave) -- and even a little wine or beer to go with it. The indoor pool is lovely. Breakfast was go..."od -- although I would personally have preferred more protein and less carbs in the offering. For us an added bonus is that it's pet-friendly!   "Nice clean property in a great location to look around Springfield. Only in town for a day and a half to attend a meeting but we did catch a ball game that night. Very convenient to have that entertainment close by the hotel. Rooms clean and bright, breakfast was what you expect at other Holiday ..."Inn's. Staff was adequate, front desk was a little understaffed at time of check in but otherwise no issues. Lobby area comfortable for relaxing between outings. I would stay here again with my family to catch a minor league game, like being able to walk over there quickly. Lights and crowd noise weren’t bad even with a room on that side. " More >
