Throughout the resort, they had put in more relaxing areas - more hammocks, chairs and shade awnings. It was nice to see that even though they already have a great property, they are still working on making it even better. It is always a relaxing and peaceful stay. There are plenty of areas throughout to relax in or out of the pools. And yes, once again the mud pool was open during our stay. Though we didn't really indulge in the restaurants this time, I remember them having some great food, so it's worth a try for sure. Once again it's important to remind guests that this is definitely a place for getting away, and not really an ideal place to take the kiddos, just so you know. :) ... " More >

  "I stayed at the SPA after two days at Chaco Canyon, so I was really ripe for some soaking. And that's is what you get. Peaceful and calming, the experience will settle nerves and aches. The staff want you to relax, thus wifi is not provided to the rooms, but only available in the public areas. ..." It took some time to find this out, though, as a call to "Guest Services" was met with a recording to leave a message. When the operator finally called me back, she was unaware of the policy that internet was not available in the guest rooms. I had to walk to the lobby to find out the straight scoop. Once there, the wifi took some time to connect. I asked other guests who were with laptop and they also had trouble connecting.
