  "I had dinner at Topping Rose House last night. The restaurant is run by Tom Colicchio, and opened last September: the hotel is slated for a May opening. It was a busy Saturday night in the Hamptons! Diners of all ages: from toddlers, to Grandpa. The kids were not a problem at all. The service is all..." bustle and good. The menu very interesting; some great 'twists'. I had Fennel, Radish, Celery & Cucumber Salad, with Goat Yoghurt-Herb dressing, followed by Strip Loin, with Crepinette, Roasted Turnips, Red Belgian Endive and Black Garlic.....both excellent.
