  "The last time I stayed at this motel it was not very good. This time what a difference. They have new bedding except for the pillows which I don't like. They have a new heating system which is quiet and does not wake you up at night with the clanging of the heat coming on and turning off. They have ..."a new flat screen TV with a new remote. It was very comfortable staying their this time. I would recommend it for people who are on a business trip or visiting family members in the area. The staff are wonderful and very accomodating.   "Great Value, Great Location, Great Amenities, Great Staff"
  "This is one of two hotels in Glenmont just outside of Albany - just minutes by car from the Empire State Convention Center. I was there for two nights and had a different room each night - both King rooms. One was a King room on the first floor and the other was a King Suite on the second floor. ..."Both rooms were great. Both rooms had a nice sized fridge and microwave which was handy. The King Suite on the second floor was great - the room was large with a big work area, flat screen tv, king bed and sofa. There was a smaller room with a door that had another sofa, I think they both pulled out, as well as a flat screen tv, small desk, fridge and microwave. Complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of items including waffles - but I only usually have coffee for breakfast so didn't try it firsthand.   "We stayed for 3 nights just to explore the area (Saratoga, Catskills) and found the room was clean, large and pretty well maintained. The only complaint we have is the bathroom desperately needs to be updated...or at least painted! The pool and jacuzzi are both pretty small and were overrun with chi..."ldren all 3 evenings. The breakfast is exactly the same stuff you find at most Choice Hotels: eggs (processed), sausage, bagels and other breads, cereal and fresh fruit. However there is very limited seating and we had to take our food back to our room to eat each morning. All in all, not bad for the amount of time we actually spent in the room, which was pretty much just to collapse after full days of hiking and exploring. " More >
