The freshly cooked English breakfast in the morning left nothing more to be desired. Delicious choice of foods served in a formal dining room atmosphere with great service.   "We were travelling to the south end of Seneca lake and struggled to find a B&B because we needed just a single night which made it difficult . Cook Mansion fit the bil perfectly, and Carol welcomed us with open arms. The room was clean, bright, cozy and quaint. The view of the falls out the window..."s was obstructed by trees and we had hoped to be able to open a window since the weather was beautiful and listen, but the storm windows got in the way. The sitting on the deck overlooking the falls felt like looking at a postcard come to life. Breakfast was delicious and unique, if you have not had an english breakfast, it alone makes it worth the trip. We returned from dinner to find that the heat somehow had turned on in the room and were unable to resolve, but the hosts responded quickly to turn the heat off. If we have the opportunity to be in the area again, we will stay at Cook Mansion. " More >
