  "Hi All, we family of five 2 adults and three teens had the best experience at Selous River camp. We live in Malaysia and did all the usual research via the net before landing upon this place. Every thing was the right fit - brilliant staff, brilliant safari - saw all the animals we wanted to see eg ..."lions, elephants, hyena etc. Mud hut accomodation was fantastic - while we are a well travelled bunch there was no hardship at all - plenty of hot water and food for our ravenous teens! We elected for the three night for day option and loved every minute of it. In terms of pricing, we checked out the whole range from top end to very very budget and this fitted perfectly. We met two couples who had elected to stay top end at other camps and were kicking themselves for not having gone with this option. " More >

Simon was patient and lovely to talk with as he arranged our trip, and everything went extremely smoothly both there and back; e..."ven though the staff had to go far out of their way to pick us up from a distant airstrip. The food was excellent, the staff is great, and the setting is spectacular. The banda we stayed in was very comfortable; while it may not be as luxurious as some other lodges, it was more than I expected and literally half the cost of several other well-known spots. The attention to detail from the wooden heart shaped soap dishes (a traditional craft in TZ) to the incredible food, and atmosphere is more than anything I've seen in 5 star hotels.
