  "We chose here because it seemed like the obivous backpacker accomodation in the area, however even if there were hundreds of other places to pick from I would definitely pick to return here! We stayed in a double room which cost us about $20 more than if we had had a bed each in the dorm. The room..." (#15) was great and situated in a corridor upstairs with a shared bathroom (with bath), a mini kitchen and a nice balcony with a hammock. Downstairs are the dorms (and maybe other rooms Im not sure) which are set out in a cute courtyard setting and have a load of hammocks about. The hostel is great value for money and has a fantastic huge kitchen to use and a lovely big indoor communal area with a pool and outdoor area with a table tennis table and bbq. It really is a great hostel, with a lovely vibe, great facilities and is only a few minutes from the beach and about 5 from the shops. Like I said I would definitely chose to stay here again if I went back to Lancelin. " More >

The lodge is well set out with communal kitchen, large lounge/dining area, swimming pool, outdoor covered area etc...". There are visitors from all over the world and all groups as well - singles, couples, families, etc. The Lodge is a hub for windsurfers and kitesurfers who have heard of the Lodge's reputation for being a home away from home.
