Cons: although new, the hotel seems a bit "outdated"; except from the front ..."desk, the personnel doesn't really speak any english, sometimes slow check in/out procedures. Bottom line: this is a great option if you plan to visit Bulgaria, an exceptional value, where, to be honest, I felt really good and had a great time !
