The package for 1-night, dinner & breakfast (for 2 persons) I found to be really good value for money, especially as the bistro has wonderful atmosphere and service. The food was really good (although I wasn't that keen on my main entree - I thought I was ordering something else). Breakfast was made to order and served at a reasonable time (none of this 6 - 7 am garbage but actually up to 9:30 am for normal human beings!) It's located by the one street of shops so for that it's convenient. Free parking too. It was perfect for a weekend away from the city. " More >

The restaurant food was beautifully prepared and delicious there was a good selection of wines and what was on offer was very good value. The building was at one time, many years ago a bank, the restaurant was once the banking hall. It still has a small annex that was once the bank vault, if you want a cosy romantic meal do ask to be seated here if it’s available, there is seating for just 2-4 persons.
