The staff were very friendly and helpful and organised which meant that everyone had their treatment on time and loved it. It was also lovely to have a little variety in the treatment, half of the time was a back massage half was a facial. The spa was also very flexible, one of the girls was pregnant and one disabled and they adapted the treatment to suit. The lunch was great, yummy food well presented and not rushed. We had our own room as well which was perfect so that we could play games and chat without disturbing others. It was the perfect end to a great weekend.   "The hotel is beautiful, along with the majority of staff and surroundings. The spa is delightful, very relaxing and well kept apart from the sunbeds/loungers around the outside hot tub - they were covered in bird mess and there was some along the outer rim of the hot tub by the steps, which isn't..." very pleasant. There are only two moans that I have; Room Bay was FAR too hot, we had to sleep with the window wide open and an electric fan on and still with no duvet, bearing in mind the weather this weekend (maximum temp 14, so I dread to think what it would be like in the Summer) - I think this problem has been reported previously. We did mention this to Reception when checking out and they said they would look into this - lets hope they do as it ruined our nights sleep (along with the bed being too soft so waking with a bad back ache in the morning).
