Check in was very efficient (we..." had booked a two day deal with Travelzoo) our room was very clean with modern fittings and one of the best showers we have used in any hotel, sink in the bedroom itself which at first we thought a bit strange, however this works very well and I am sure other hotels could learn from this idea. We ate in the restaurant on both nights, food is good menu offers a fair selection,again breakfast is good with a reasonable choice ,yes we have stayed in hotels were both the choice and quality were better, but not at anywhere near the prices on offer at the Aston.We have also stayed were the food was far from as good but at much higher prices.
