On the second visit, we stayed there because we were going to board the NCL's new cruise ship, The Breakaway, the next day. If you arrive by train at the Eastleigh station, you can walk to the hotel. We had too much luggage so we used a cab. There is a huge parking lot at this hotel which makes it so nice for us Americans who are challenged with parking in tight spaces in Europe. " More >

  "Went here knowing there was only two parking spaces for the hotel for Blue badge holders only, I have a Blue Badge so was ever so hopeful I could park. Unfortunately it was taken by a non Blue Badge holder. On entering the hotel we were greeted by a young lady on her first shift at this hotel. She ..."told me that the space would become available at 8 p.m and apologised. A little later she knocked on the door saying that the customer using the hire car would not be arriving to move the car until 10.00 pm but that there was a pay and display across the road which was free after 6 p.m, and profusely apologised. She went away and returned with a pillow for my friend and said that to make up for the unfortunate incident regarding parking, would we accept her apologies and a free breakfast for all the trouble that had occurred, which we graciously accepted.   "Had a great stay here with hubby, 3 year old and nine month old. Rooms very clean and modern. about 10 mins from Paulton Park. Thoroughly recommend the Harvester at the swan centre in Eastleigh. You ant be disappointed. "
