  "This is a great place to stay! Our room had one queen bed and a pull out sofa. There were three of us and there was plenty of room for us. The kitchen consisted of microwave, cook top (no oven), larger/dorm sized fridge (small freezer), coffee maker, dishwasher, sink, plates, pots, pans, etc. ..." Breakfast was the usual of bagels, English muffins, bread, waffles (one waffle maker), yogurt, instant oatmeal and fruit. Coffee is available in the lobby all day. It was busy but the staff did a great job in keeping up. We were on the first floor, next to the ice machines and had no issues with noise. The outdoor pool and spa were very nice, but busy. There is a laundry area as well with soap and dryer sheets available if you need. If you plan on doing laundry bring quarters though as the front desk had minimal change available during our stay. There were only a couple of issues during our stay. They missed cleaning our room so we had to get some extra towels. Not a big deal. ... " More >

  "GOOD PLACE TO STAY..EXCEPT STAFF DOESN'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH"
  "We usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn when visiting Bend. We stayed for 3 nights this time (May 2013). Everything was fine as usual except for the cleaning staff. We walked out of our room (early morning) on our second day there....saw a cleaning maid and asked her to clean our room since we w..."ere on our way out for a few hours. Came back at 4:30pm and the room was still not cleaned or serviced. Come to find out, the maid did not understand my instructions that it was O.K. to clean our room (she was of spanish decent). Apparently she did not understand plain ENGLISH!!!! We had dinner at the hotel each night and the chef is excellent. His name if Mitch....make sure he is working during your visit...he will cook you an excellent meal. " More >
