  "My daughter and I planned a last minute getaway - mid week. The Lodge was the perfect choice. Reasonable in fees and not a large busy, bustling organization. The location of The Lodge is in a lovely wooded location - including a lake for kayaking and fishing. Our room, nicely decorated, wi..."th a balcony on the second floor overlooked a lovely garden and firepit. There were numerous activities to choose - both on site and reaching in to the local area. A bonus of having all meals included had great choices and were healthy and tastefully prepared. The staff within the lodge were very helpful and accommodating - assisting as needed and offering helpful suggestions. The staff in the spa were equally helpful. Overall this was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience and one that I would certainly repeat. " More >

This recent trip, we brought our longtime friends for the first time, and they could not get over the whole experience!!!! Whats cool to us is.. some aspects of the plac..."e offer a little nostalgia some may remember, and some may have missed or ignored along the way....Nows your chance!!! . Combine this point with modern conveniences , super friendly staff, eye pleasing grounds and beautiful scenery, lots of stuff to do, for young and. all ages ,or do nothing and relax,.. and food ,food,and yes, FOOD!!!!
