  "We are just back from a 4 day stay at Perran Sands Holiday Park. This was our first time at this park and we were really impressed with it. On arrival we were directed to check in by two smiley ladies who gave out stickers. Check in was easy and quick and our caravan was ready an hour earlier than i..."t should of been. A bonus with 2 tired kids who had already had a full day out at Newquay Zoo on the way down! Our caravan was a fair trek from the main complex which was fine although the gale force winds and rain on 2 days made us decide to drive down each time. We were pleasantly surprised to find we had a 3 bed caravan when we had been expecting a 2 bed one. There was heating in the bedrooms but after getting soaked and freezing coming back from the onsite shop on the first night, we discovered the main gas fire in the lounge didn't work. We spent the evening freezing with 2 jumpers on and had to dry jeans with a hairdryer! However we reported the fault first thing the following morning ... " More >
