  "We have been here almost a week and unfortunately leaving tomorrow. :-( The owners, Derek and Lorrie, have been extremely gracious and helpful during our stay. The view is GORGEOUS even when it rains. The location is great - away from Dublin but close enough that the trip is not a chore. It is ..."possible to walk into downtown Skerries for supplies but it is better if you rent a car. The rental car also provides freedom to explore the smaller towns nearby or take a more extended trip if you so desire. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit the seaside of Ireland in Skerries and stay in top shelf accommodations. Thank you so much Derek and Lorrie.   "A large group 20+ were staying in the Red Bank as we were taking part in a charity cycle from Dublin to Drumquin 115 miles in one day!! We couldn't have been treated better by Terry. We all had the early bird special even though we were late!!! The food was first class and all served by the man him..."self!! The haddock smokey was excellent and fishy, and the organic salmon melt in the mouth all served with seasonal veg. Dessert was a selection of no less than 6 home baked delights. A cup of coffee and we headed to get fueled up with stout. the meal was brilliant value at 26 euros. My only complaint would be lack of power in the shower, minor considering everything else. The breakfast was also a delight. Porridge, cereals etc and your choice of cooked breakfasts with that lovely black pudding again. I had the poached eggs cooked perfectly. We will return.
