  "We went to the hotel for a long weekend for a friends wedding. The whole experience we had there was very good. The scenery was breath taking and the hotel sits beside the Shannon river. The food was excellent as well as the Guinness. This was our first visit to the Emerald Isle. The room we had in ..."a garden suite was lovely with a small balcony. The bathroom handle kept falling off and we had to make sure we went to it with our mobile phones incase we got locked in while the other of us was out and about. The thick red bedspread had the odd white stain mark which wasn't very appealing. That aside, we loved the hotel and its premises and the people who worked there made us very welcome.   "I will echo everything that has been said about this B&B. Anne is by far one of the best hosts if not the best that we have encountered in any B&B. So pleasant and welcoming. The rooms and bathrooms were large and spotlessly clean. I had one of the best nights sleep and the bed linen was sublime...." We forgot we were in a B&B it was like a home away from home. There was a huge range on offer for everyone at breakfast which was delicious and even though we only stayed the one night, I would highly recommend this beautiful home for a couple of nights away.
