  "We stayed over a weekend for a family party. On arrival, Julia kindly offered us tea and coffee and Martin put out a garden table and chairs for us in the sunshine. This level of friendly welcome set the tone for the rest of our stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated with interesting furniture a..."nd lovely use of fabrics and wallpapers. The bathrooms were modern and both stylish and practical, just as shown on their website. I had the Moorland room that looks out over the garden/yard on one side and trees on the other so it was bright and light. Breakfast was excellent with well-cooked local produce, homemade marmalade and a nice choice of dishes.
