  "Would recommend. We stayed two nights to attend Musselburgh race meeting. Ideally located as race track just over the road. Our room was large (room No.1) with a super king bed and a couple of arm chairs to admre the view, also had large en-suite with shower and bath. Although road just outside..." there was very little traffic noise during the day and none during the night. Owner very helpful and friendly. Pub and restaurants five mins walk. We usually stay at a hotel in Musselburgh but will be staying at Arden House again next year! " More >

  "I have stayed twice now at the Eldon BB and each time has been absolutly fabulous from start to finish! Eve took the time to explain every thing you needed to know about where to go and how to get there. Alway there with a welcoming smiles and friendly chat. In the room was a handy travel guide a..."nd easy to read map detailing not only bus routes and times but interesting places to go. Breakfast was lovely every morning and all our needs were catered for we certainly never left hungry in the mornings. There are 4 well behaved dogs on the premises but they are kept away from the guests. Unless like me who had left her 3 dogs at home.I asked if they were allowed to say hello to me which they did before getting boared with me and going back into their own room. The room was lovely and clean with lots of small touches like tea, coffee and buiscuits. Also towels along with shampoo, shower caps and soap and even a hair dryer in the room.
