This was evidence to me that he cared about his establishments reputation. When we arrived, our first contact was with Valarie at the front desk. She was very polite and courteous. She instantly makes you feel like a personal friend. The entire hotel was maintained and kept very clean. Every staff member was very friendly and courteous. Our only complaint is that our A/C unit quit working our last night there and we reported it the next AM. We did not report it at 11..."PM when it quit because we did not want to change rooms at that hour. When we checked out we again spoke to them about it and they apologized which was appreciated.
