  "We stayed here for a couple of nights during Texas A&M Parents Weekend since local Bryan-College Station hotels were all booked and this hotel lived up to our expectations. The staff was courteous and friendly and the room was clean and quiet, even though we were near the elevator. Our average siz..."e room on the first floor had a 10-foot ceiling, and that made a huge difference in feel; it felt much more spacious and roomy. The hotel setting is nothing special, as the professional photos may have lead expectations otherwise. I wish it was slightly closer to Texas A&M University. The drive, mostly on the huge highway 6, is nice but is about 90 minutes. I would stay here again as a staging point for another visit to the University if the price is right. " More >
