The front desk staff was extremely helpful--even telling us that fresh cookies are baked between 3-4pm--and they were very careful to make sure that our room was set up for us, even getting a crib in there before..." we arrived. The room was large and clean and very quiet. Prior reviews about a dirty hotel are very outdated and should not be relied upon. We used the pool and had a great time. Our only complaint was the number of adults in the pool who were smoking while swimming, thus forcing us to shorten our stay in the pool with our kids.
