  "This is an older Fairfield Inn, which was remodeld about two years ago. The lobby has the "modern" style furniture, although other aspects of the hotel are the old FH style. The rooms are basic, and the sink on the outside of the bathroom was very low. I did not have a handicap room, so was surpr..."ised by how low it was. I stayed at the Courtyard one night and the FH one night in Williston. The FH staff really put this hotel at the top in terms of customer service! Kevin and Cassie could not have been more accomodating and pleasant. The hotel arranged for a taxi at 4 AM for me (their normal shuttle service does not start until 4:30 AM) and offered to have the shuttle driver follow me to the airport the afternoon before when I returned my rental car. Wow, what service! Kevin made a point of addressing me by name when I checked in and both he and the desk attendant asked me if the room was OK when I walked through the lobby a few hours later.
