  "WE are a family of 3 from Sweden and stayed there week 9/2013. There is ski-in, ski-out and perfect location for the Dolomiti superski area. Clean and very comfortable rooms, most rooms have a balcony also. Would have given 5 stars if the dinners had been better. Maybe we had bad luck and the chef was on vacation that week, because friends of ours that stayed a week earlier were very pleased with the food- and they are real gourmands... Bar serves Dom Perignon at better prices than the supermarket! They have very friendy and serviceminded staff in all areas, reception, bar and restaurant. WE have been many times in the Dolomites now, and have found that Arabba is one of the best locations to reach the best skiareas, for example Marmolada. Dont miss the spareribs and Kaisersmarren for lunch, at Plan Boe in the neighborhood! Do the Sella Ronda clock-wise, anticlockwise is too much only... " More >

This town, Arabba is strictly a ski town, no shopping, specialty shops etc. We checked into hotel late at night and could not get anything to eat except sandwiches at the bar in the hotel. The rooms were fair but very cle..."an. They had a complete sauna experience with pool, sauna room, exercise room and massage and facials. The wi-fi was available and very good, was able to connect daily and check emails. The ski rental is next door to the hotel and very competitive. There was a short walk - 1 block- to main lift and another smaller lift. The first day there, March 17th was cloudy overcast and visibilty was not good. The next few days the sun came out and the trails were choppy and not groomed well. The next day trails were groomed well and runs were fantastic.
